UNO residential complex

UNO's smooth architecture is the result of a synergy between natural lightness and the idea of modern comfort. The minimalistic curves of the building, the sandy textures of the façade finishes and the wood of the vertical louvers on the outdoor terraces combine in a balanced tandem of the natural and the man-made, from which the unique aesthetic of the project is ultimately born.

In the UNO project, we have complemented the residential complex with the amenities of prestigious apart-hotels. The owners of the apartments do not just live here - the complex provides them with a full package of services as residents, including concierge, security, cleaning services, as well as environmentally friendly waste management and repairs.

The hallmark of the project is an art pool located on the private territory of the complex. Sun loungers are placed around the pool in the shade of olive trees, and the bottom of the pool is lined with abstract patterns of multicolored mosaics. This visual solution helped us to diversify the recreation area, add colors and atmosphere of a sunny resort, while not "knocking out" the overall style of the complex beyond the natural image, harmonizing with the Cypriot landscape

Each apartment of the complex is equipped with "smart home" technology, which allows to automate many processes. On the roof of the complex there are solar panels capable of generating enough electricity to cool the apartments in summer and to heat them in winter season.
