Old City Residential Complex

The choice of the project's color scheme is not accidental. Due to the light shades of finishing, the general mass of the building does not look "heavy" in the context of the street, and the combination of ash-white color with brass accents in the glazing accentuates the noble flair of the chosen style

The leading element of the project's architecture is the entrance arches and large windows with thin frames. The rhythm of the openings and flowing vaults in the fabric of the facade reads as something visually light: against their background, the white walls seem almost weightless. This visual lightness echoes the general concept of modern classicism - a style of subtle techniques and graceful silhouettes.

The trio of high arches in the project serves as a front entrance - such solutions are often found in the projects of old mansions and estates. The central arch is an automobile entrance, and the area on the periphery of it is allocated for a kind of active galleries with commercial premises.

The project of the residential complex provides underground parking.
The parking lot is located on the 1st floor and is designed for 150 parking spaces.

In this residential complex we have designed an active first floor all around the perimeter of the building - it will be dedicated to commercial premises, stores, establishments, gymnasium, etc. The total area of commercial premises is 1950 m2.

The residential complex has an inner courtyard located on a stylobate covering the ground floor. This is a landscaped enclosed area for the residents of the complex: here we have developed a project for landscaping the site, and also provided places for walking and recreation.

The apartments are located on the main residential floors of the complex - from the first to the fifth. Due to the panoramic glazing and spacious layouts, we sought to fill the rooms with light and air as much as possible. Located in the old center of the metropolis, this is a premium category housing, so each apartment is designed to be an oasis of comfort and aesthetics for those who live here.

The sixth and seventh residential floors of the complex are reserved for penthouses. We added them in the process of developing the project. The penthouses are the highest class of accommodation that the complex has to offer. They are spacious enough that, for example, in the layouts we could provide not only a main kitchen, but also a service kitchen with a separate entrance for the staff.
