Lucky School

The school and adjacent to it the main promenade of the Lucky Land complex are in the third stage of construction and will be implemented in parallel with the block No. 1 - these territories will be the starting point in the very "fan" scheme of the complex organization.

The school territory is surrounded by the main promenade Lucky Land, which was designed as another focal point of the complex, along with the sports and cultural center, concentrated in the school. The school itself is surrounded by landscaped areas for games, sports and quiet recreation. The green landscape and its complementary elements are an integral part of the concept of the school itself and the emotional background that accompanies learning and is so important for the children.

In addition to the indoor gymnasium, the school also has an outdoor soccer field, basketball court and skateboard area. Lucky School has concentrated on its territory the most diverse environment for sports activities, in which not only the students themselves, but also their parents and residents of the houses neighboring Lucky Land will be able to take part.

The architecture of Lucky School stands out from the other buildings of the complex with its sharp angles and strictly rectangular massifs. However, the same variety of finishing materials is observed in its facade solutions: monochrome finish is replaced by textured stone slabs, while the main facade and, in particular, the entrance group are complemented with relief tiles.

Glazed facade tiles with relief embossing refer to the images of the architectural ensemble on Khreshchatyk and the recognizable finish of the metro station of the same name. The school project quotes some techniques, but does not copy them, but comprehends them in a new, unique context of Lucky Land's fresh vision.

Lucky School is a part of the KMDS network of private schools. The area, functional diversity of the school and the provided number of school places allow to close the demand of future residents for efficient, multi-dimensional and quality education for their children close to home.
