You have graduated from the institute and got your first job, at the same time renting a studio XS in Kiev with a minimum area of 23 m2 on the terms of leasing: rent + some amount of redemption of m2 of real estate. As you buy out, the rent of each subsequent month decreases proportionally.

You move to a new job in Lviv and rent another apartment, also selected from the pool of the Housing as a Service system. At the same time, you retain ownership of the shares previously bought out by you in Kiev while you were living in the studio.

You are bored with city life and go to live on the shores of the Indian Ocean. While you enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of megacities and work on outsourced freelancing, the shares you bought out earlier are secured by real square meters, which the Housing as a Service network rents out and pays you income.

Your 2nd child is born and you and your husband feel it is time to start your own business, for which your family moves to London. You choose a 3-bedroom 3XL apartment of 112 m2, renting with buyout
additional meters, on top of those secured by the shares already in your ownership.

Your Business is booming, you attract
investment, open an office in North America and move to
New York. Financial prosperity allows you to choose a luxurious penthouse with
three bedrooms 3XXL on 169m2, and already at the start fully secured by your shares. You are no longer a tenant! You are the owner of the entire area of the selected
housing!

Your children have grown up and the business has been handed over to your partners. You can finally think about yourself! You and your husband move to Paris, where you choose a 2-bedroom 2L apartment of 77m2 from the pool of the Housing as a Service network. The shares in your property are secured with more square meters than you need, and you earn rental income from the difference.

After being widowed, you decide to return to Kiev, where you grew up, studied and started your career. You choose a 1L apartment with an area of 57m2, much smaller in comparison to the amount of shares you own. You give the remainder to your grandchildren. Having received them at your disposal, they are not tied to the location of the "inheritance" and can choose the most comfortable and relevant housing from the offer of the Housing as a Service network - just as you did in your time!
