BRONTE's architecture retains a strict form that seamlessly complements the overall urban landscape of Paphos. At the same time, we have emphasized elements that visually "lighten" the buildings. The finishes are in light sand tones, and the abundant glazing in thin frames makes the facades look weightless, referring to the image of a prestigious seaside hotel.

The architectural details echo the conceptual idea of the project and the general flavor of the location - we decorated the penthouses with wooden pergolas, and open terraces with glass enclosures emphasize the atmosphere of a sunny resort, which we wanted to create in this residential complex.

The complex is zoned in such a way that the entrance and the inner area of the territory are allocated for common use: there is a multifunctional center for residents, and behind it - an inner courtyard with a children's area, a communal pool, a small olive grove, places for relaxation and a mini-amphitheater for picnics or even small chamber events.

BRONTE residential complex is a safe fenced territory with video surveillance. Residents have at their disposal 24-hour concierge service and reception, as well as locations and services of the multifunctional community center located on the territory of the complex. Restaurant, gym, SPA, co-working center, swimming pool with barbecue area - everything you need for a full and active life is right at your fingertips.

On the third floor of the community center there is a spacious panoramic fitness center with SPA-zone. In general, the sports center occupies an area of 600 m2. Here BRONTE residents can join group classes as part of the club program or simply exhale after a long day of work and enjoy a massage in the center with a sea view.

We have strived to create a child-friendly space, and therefore the complex has areas designed specifically for children. This includes a playground with landscaping, a children's pool and a playroom. The complex is designed in such a way that it is a truly comfortable family place for residents of all ages.
