Business center Vista

Description

Vista Business Center is our architectural reflection on the interaction of sharp angles with smooth rounded forms within one project. The front facade is a geometric composition of arches and rounded elements inscribed in the rectangular silhouette of the building.

The façade of the business center has a rich hue that distinguishes the building from the general scale of the neighborhood. At the same time, the shape of the building itself echoes the silhouettes of the surrounding buildings - in this way we "fit" the new project into the existing urban fabric of Limassol.

Project

m2 is the total area of premises on six working floors of the business center. The project provides not only office workplaces, but also separate personal offices, conference rooms and recreation areas on each of the floors

When developing the visual concept of the project, we were guided by the aesthetics of rounded forms and their potential in interaction with more austere architectural massifs. The Vista Business Center in the context of the surrounding buildings "works" as a visual magnet: it attracts the eye and stands out from the general context. Through the decorative solution of the front façade, we emphasized not only the recognizable aesthetics of the project, but also its potential as a business center - a place for bold ideas and commercial innovations.

We chose concrete as the material for the arches and ovals of the front façade. The material itself is robust and laconic, but it has found a new charisma in a more decorative context - here it has a rounded, flowing character and a bright color scheme. The other facades are finished with porcelain stoneware slabs in the same color scheme.

We developed two alternative versions of the project - almost identical, but with differences in the nuances of the facade solution. Thus, in the first version, the fences on the front verandas of the working floors are made of metal with a vertical lattice pattern. In the second version, however, these fences are made of glass, a material that is not so much textured as visually light and literally invisible against the background of the decorative arches and ovals of the facade.

At the rear of the business center, we placed glazed terraces where the conference rooms are located. The terraces create a trapezoidal silhouette of the building due to the gradation of the area from the upper floor to the lower floor, and also bring diversity to the palette of textures and materials of the project, because next to the porcelain stoneware finish there is panoramic glazing.

At night, the building looks particularly spectacular due to the play of light and shadow on the arches and ovals of the concrete composition of the front façade. The visual potential of this solution was revealed and accentuated by the additional illumination of the building.

The adjacent territory of the business center is not distinguished by a large area. Thus, in the design of the building itself, we have provided for an underground level, where we have placed parking and technical premises.
