The promenade, designed along the outer perimeter of the block, is completely open. It is an inclusive space filled with many functional zones. There are bicycle lanes, pedestrian zones, and recreational areas with landscaping and benches. There are also guest parking spaces adjacent to the outdoor promenade. The main parking lot for residents is designed at the underground level.

The ground floors are filled with commercial premises, which will later be allocated for stores, offices, co-working spaces, establishments, etc. In the end parts of the buildings the first floor commercial also has an adjacent summer area - such premises are intended for cafes, restaurants and coffee shops. In one of the buildings, the commercial floor is visually highlighted by a glass stylobate.

The finish of the buildings in the quarter, as well as the Lucky Land complex as a whole, is diverse. Textured bricks, glass, relief facade panels - each material used in the facade design stands out in its own way, but they all harmonize with each other, forming a unique architectural panorama.

We have fully developed the landscaping of the territory of block No. 0. We set ourselves the task of creating a diverse, inclusive and self-sufficient space with everything necessary for comfortable recreation and leisure for the residents of the complex. The courtyard is filled with many functional zones, such as a pond, a playground, an amphitheater, a garden, as well as a promenade winding around the courtyard.

The inner courtyard of block No. 0 has relief drops. So, in one of the depressions we have arranged a play and activity area. In particular, this area is designed for young children and teenagers. In addition to a large modular structure, there are also slides, a small climbing wall, and a separate playground for younger children.

Part of the courtyard is dedicated to a small pond surrounded by wooden decking. Next to it are a yoga zone and pergolas for quiet relaxation. The landscaping of the neighborhood and its courtyard is selected in such a way as to create a balanced, self-sufficient ecosystem that will not lose its vitality and visual harmony over the years.
