Lucky Land Kvartal No6

In the facade finish of the buildings in Block 6, textured brick is juxtaposed with copper. The use of copper panels with different degrees of patination not only adds variety to the overall scheme, but also allows the facades to "mature" naturally over time.

The wooded area adjacent to the block flows seamlessly into the courtyard. When working with the landscape, we preserved the "native" trees on the plot. Subsequently, these trees served as a kind of support structure for the landscaping and further planting of the courtyard.

In addition to the courtyard and the forest park in the territory of block No. 6, a compact park is also organized along the outer promenade that wraps around the periphery of the block.

The outdoor promenade is designed as an inclusive and mixed-use space that includes bike lanes, green spaces, seating areas, and access to active first floor commercial space.

A kindergarten is located in one of the buildings of the quarter. It occupies two floors and has an adjacent closed territory with playgrounds and sports grounds. In total, there are 5 kindergartens on the territory of Lucky Land.

In the inner courtyard of the neighborhood there is also a playground for older children. In addition to it, there are gazebos for companies, single places for quiet rest, benches, and a grove with hammocks.
