The architecture of the complex became a continuation of its concept. Residential Complex "Novellas" is a story about comfort and harmony of everyday life, about safety and aesthetics. Each building here is unique, but they all add up to a single architectural canvas of the neighborhood. Open terraces and arched elements add variety and character to the facades, and the unequal number of storeys makes the urban panorama more interesting.

The colors of the Novellas LCD are as poetic and natural as the environment itself in these places. They are the colors of leaves, grass, sand and terracotta clay. We have chosen a range that will not conflict with the natural environment, but at the same time will give us the space to accentuate certain elements of the architecture with more saturated shades.

As a logical continuation of the idea of diversity, we have added rounded accents to the architecture of some buildings - these can be the corners of buildings or rounded open loggias. Smooth forms are balanced with more geometric and strict lines, and from this balance is born the image of a modern promenade that breathes aesthetics and life.

Undoubtedly, one of the main gems of the complex is the waterfront. Here we have arranged a beach, as well as lounge areas with barbecue places. It is a place of rest with your family or alone with yourself, a place of strength, where you can go to the big water, breathe in, breathe out and feel yourself a part of the landscape - infinitely beautiful, inspiring, full of meaning.

The promenades are a kind of green "heart" of the complex. We have taken care of their inclusiveness and multifunctionality, so that they are welcoming and comfortable for everyone. This space is not only for recreation, but also for socializing, sports activities, and events. Such a linear park among the houses is an eloquent reminder: this is not just a place to live. It is a place for living.

In Novellas Residential Complex, what you need is always close by. We have made sure that there is everything you need not only for you, but also for your children. In addition to playgrounds, water and parks, there are also kindergartens - they are located on the first floors of the buildings, and their fenced territory overlooks the green space of the promenades. There is also a school in the neighborhood of the complex, which will have a landscaped and safe road.

Since the high groundwater level limits the use of basement and underground floors on the site, in all blocks the first floor is represented by a stylobate. Internal courtyards are located at the level of the second floor, and under it, on the ground floor, we have organized parking lots that partially cover the need for car parking spaces planned by the project. There will also be several single-level and multi-level ground parking lots on the periphery of the complex.
